Welcome to the UTMB PERCS Event Parking Registration.

This page and form are intended for visitors attending an event on campus. All virtual permits purchased through this system are non-transferable and valid for one vehicle only.

If you have an active parking permit or paid parking on campus, you must park in your assigned or paid parking area.

Please enter your vehicle information accurately. Parking access is managed through License Plate Recognition (LPR), so correct vehicle details are required for proper entry and exit.

If your license plate is not recognized upon entry or exit, you may use the secondary access option by entering the phone number you registered with at the keypad.

Be sure to press ENTER after entering your number.

Event permits are valid only for the specific date(s) and time(s) arranged for the event.
